WHAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE GIFT BOX?

The lucky recipient of your thoughtful gift will not receive any receipts or details on the purchase and pricing.

Each purchase includes a complimentary card with room for us to handwrite a message of your choice, please ensure you leave the message as you check out.

A business card is also included, which contains information on who we are and general information on the gifts they have received.                                                 

HOW ARE THE GIFTS PACKED?

Each gift is packed with love and care. Each product is gently nestled in a layer of wood wool wrapped in tissue paper within a magnetic close gift box. Your message is handwritten on a complimentary card. All items shipped are protected by padded mailers or shipping boxes.

CAN I ADD A CARD WITH MY PURCHASE?

YES! All purchases receive a complimentary card. We do however offer the option to upgrade to a selection of cards designed by Australian stationery companies. The different designs can be viewed and purchased before checkout at an additional cost per card.

After selecting the card, there will be a comment section, where you can include a personal message. We will then hand write this on your card spelling mistakes and all to be sent with your gift box.

CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCTS IN A BOX?

YES! We understand that gift shopping can be overwhelming, so let us ease that stress and work with us to find that special something. Whether you are looking for other products to add on to your purchase or perhaps you are searching for the perfect gift, we can offer suggestions to get it just right.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please be mindful that delivery vehicles are not refrigerated so in warmer months, food and beverages are at risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. Merry Makers Gift Co. accepts no responsibility for any food or beverage item that has been altered under these circumstances. If another item arrives damaged or broken please see our Returns Policy. CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE GIFTS AT ONCE?

YES! Just add all of the gift selections that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. At the checkout, clearly state the addresses for each gift in the ‘delivery instructions’ section. Alternatively you can send us a separate email with your order number and all of the shipping details and we'll do the rest.

GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL

Both the person purchasing and the recipient must be 18 years or over. Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is also 18 years or over. When purchasing gifts with alcohol from us, you are declaring that the intended recipient is 18 or older.
