Cancellation, Returns & Refund policy
Merry Makers Gift Co. will comply with its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law at all times.
Change of mind/cancellations
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, so please take your time to read the product descriptions and carefully choose your items before purchasing.
Cancellation of other orders are at the discretion of Merry Makers Gift Co. If your order has been given to Australia Post or a courier service for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Faulty, not as described or damaged in transit
We carefully check all products before we dispatch them. Sometimes products are unfortunately damaged in transit or are otherwise faulty. If this happens please email us as soon as possible and at email@example.com to arrange a replacement or full refund to the original credit card or account used. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a credit note. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return or provide photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item.
Please be mindful that delivery vehicles are not refrigerated so in warmer months, food and beverages are at risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. Merry Makers Gift Co. accepts no responsibility for any food or beverage item that has been altered under these circumstances. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Merry Makers Gift Co if a gift has not been delivered. In the rare circumstances you do not receive your gift, please contact us and we will aim to get the gift to its correct destination as soon as possible.
Merry Makers Gift Co will not provide a refund for deliveries that are late when the reason is beyond our control.
