Shipping and Deliveries
Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing delays with deliveries. Therefore we cannot guarantee our normal delivery times at this stage. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
We charge $5 local delivery to Port Hedland, South Hedland and Wedgefield. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We charge a flat rate of $8.95 per box which is sent via Australia Post standard shipping.
We work with Australia Post to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. Any order placed before 8pm AWST will be dispatched the next business day.
When standard shipping is selected, your order will be sent the very next day and will take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive. Please note that some deliveries may take longer depending on your location and no orders are dispatched during weekends or public holidays. Once your order is placed you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel.

Wrong delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery details are accurate before completing the check out process. If you've made a mistake let us know as soon as possible and contact us to rectify this. If your gift has already been shipped we will try our best but it may be too late to change the delivery address. Please note that corrections or changes to addresses and parcels marked 'return to sender' may result in additional fees.
My package hasn’t arrived

We work hard to deliver your packages as quickly as possible but unfortunately we are only human and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please understand we do our best to get your packages delivered safely and endeavour to follow up any lost, missing or delayed parcels. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated when these rare instances occur.
